To any trader who wishes to use our custom services in helping design and program a specific trading system or model, we are completely committed each client's request for privacy, confidentiality and anonymity. CCRT, Inc. will be compensated on an individual basis privately negotiated with the client based upon the complexity and general nature of the system-programming project. CCRT, Inc. also acknowledges that any and all information provided by the client shall be considered proprietary will be guarded as such. CCRT, Inc. will enter into formal agreement with each client to handle all trading information provided with extreme care and diligence.

All custom design and programming projects will be the exclusive property of the client and shall not be used by CCRT, Inc. in any products for sale, lease or use by any other client. All final results of custom programming services shall not be disclosed or transmitted in any form to any other entity or individual without the expressed written permission from the client.

Upon acceptance of any specific customized programming project between CCRT, Inc. and the client, an individual Confidentiality Agreement will be submitted for final approval and acceptance.
